Shipping
We handcraft all items in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made before it ships.
We ship Australia-wide with tracked delivery. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns
As a small business, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if there’s a fault with your item or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Personalised Items
Please note:

Personalised and custom items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

General wear and tear or natural variations in leather (e.g. texture, small scars, colour variation) are not considered faults.
